Before joining the exotic and glamorous world of management consulting, Andy served as the chief operating officer at Youth Frontiers, a mid-sized non-profit that partners with schools to create positive school climates where students can thrive. Andy has led learning seminars and coached teams from a wide variety of industries across the country to help them create meaningful change in their work. Andy spends the rest of his time with his wife and 3 fantastic children in St. Paul, Minnesota.
