How starting a podcast changed my life with Natasha Redman
When Natasha Redman launched her podcast “Casa de Cambio” in 2019, she thought it would be a fun little outlet, a way to meet some cool new people and sharpen her change management skills. Well, her little podcast grew into an international business (www.casadecambio.com.au) and a gathering place for change management leaders all over the world to talk about change, technology and innovation. Tash dropped by the Planet Work show to talk about how starting that “little podcast” changed her life.
Natasha is an experienced change practitioner and project professional, with a proven track record in system implementations, organizational change initiatives and large-scale transformations. She has managed change initiatives at Australia’s biggest companies (including ANZ, Telstra, Australia Post, Accenture, NAB, Newcrest) and worked for companies headquartered in other countries as well. She holds multiple certifications and is well versed in both Agile and waterfall delivery methods.
Natasha’s strong mentoring background has led to multiple opportunities to build change capability within large organizations. She is often sought out to coach individuals, leaders, and companies on how to implement change well, demonstrate what good looks like, and build tailored methodologies and models to meet their needs.
